Banana Sushis

Simply peel a banana and but whatever you want on top. I went for what I had at home at this time: almond butter, chia seeds, shredded coconut. Spread your base and then sprinkle your toppings before cutting your banana sushis.

As a base you can have any kind of nut butter (one with chocolate will be a really good version). And for toppings there are options too: seeds, dried fruits... Get creative and get your chopsticks out!
