Morning Smoothie

I love my blueberries almond milk smoothie!

For 1 glass of smoothie put all these ingredients in a food processor:

- 1 banana 

- 1/2 cup blueberries

- 2 frozen strawberries

- 1 Medjool date

- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk 

Add fresh mint leaves to put on top! Fabulous!

Blueberries are so good for you, one of the fruit with the highest antioxidants. I love adding a date in this smoothie, it gives texture and a sweet taste.
